At some point in the night I became aware of a warm, small and purring body lying against my thigh. At another point he shifted to actually lie on me. He was, of course, lying on my bladder, but since he had seen fit to forgive me, I magnanimously forgave him for reminding me I needed the loo.
As a result of the bladder I had bad dreams, but I forgave him for those too since he lifted his little head when I woke up from them and started his purr engine roaring till I felt better.
mmm - I love my cat.
